A new blog, a new day...

Here I am watching the Transporter television series, relaxing after a day of exercising, writing a brand new blog.  This blog is going to follow my happenings in the world of independent media creation.

This post is going to deal with the Canon T3i.  A camera which I use in my intermediate production course.  This HD camera has a lot of capability for an extremely low price.  Unfortunately, Canon has discontinued manufacturing the camera and has its replacement, the T5i.  What really made this camera usable is a free software add-on that runs from the SD/CF card and adds a host of new features to Canon EOS cameras that weren't included from the factory by Canon called Magic Lantern.  I realize that this software has been discussed at length over the past few years, but I think it deserves a bit more love.  Thank you ML development team, your hard work is loved by many.
